Culligan, PO Box 5277, Carol Stream, IL, is billing me for service that they do not provide. I used to have a water softener exchange service with them. The local Culligan dealer decided to stop providing that service as of November 30. However the Carol Stream, IL Culligan office has continued to bill me, and they have just sent a notice threatening to send my account to a collections agency. My written complaints to them have gone unanswered (one of which I sent certified mail so I have proof of delivery). I have also just filed a complaint with the BBB, but since their system says neither of the other complaints they have had against that office have been responded to I don't expect a response in my case either.
