I normally pay our telephone bills though my local bank electronically.in March I did so, only to find that Verizon somehow decided to pay itself twice - once from my checking and once through its own volition. I have been trying since March to get them to realize (with all of the paperwork to back up my statements) that they made a mistake (for a lousy $65!) and I have been shuffled more and more from one person to another, with no results! Each time someone swears on a stack of bibles they will fix this problem, and each time I waste my time until the next time!
I am in the process of transferring 5 telephones to our cable company because of this little bill. I am SO SICK of getting it stuck to by this conglomerate!
