Bought V265 from Cricket had it maybe 3 1/2 months and it stop charging. Went to the Cricket dealer for them to tell me that the phone was still under factory warranty that it would have to go back to factory and that could take weeks or he said he could charge me $35 and he would give me a new phone. Lasted month and half stopped charging when I took it back to the Cricket store I was told because it was exchanged in the store they was only a 30 day warranty. Argued with him for a while when I knew if I stayed there any longer... Lets just say I left. Cricket was able to rip off another customer. Oh I had another option, I had insurance on the phone that I paid about $150 dollars or more for. The phone now sells for $49.95 but I have a $85 deductible for a phone that sells for $49.95. Figure that.
