Anyone thinking of purchasing Cricket Wireless don't do it. They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. So far they have disconnected my service four times and this after I have made a payment. You will never get the opportunity to speak with a real person, and when you call their 800 the only service they provide is always geared towards benefitting them and never the customer. Even when I go to the local Cricket store the personnel act as iif they don't have a clue as to what is going on, they tell that the problem will be fixed and to wait 15 to 30 minutes and the phone will cut back on but it takes at least three to four more trips to the store before the cell is actually turned back on.
