Greedy paypal using extortion, strong armed, fraudulent and deceptive practices to save money on credit card fees. The new maffia

For years PAYPAL has been trying to strong arm me into giving then my bank account #

In the middle of a deal PAYPAL refuse to pay an Ebay transaction unless I give them my bank account number.
The excuse for my account shut down, it was compromised but no one on the PAYPAL staff could tell me the exact reason. It was a mistery. But to reinstate it I would be forced to give you my bank account to complete the deal or my reputaion on E bay would be ruined. If Vefification was a requirement, then I should have been told before the DEAL not in the middle of a deal where PAYPAL has a gun to a persons head.

WITH A GUN TO MY HEAD I agreed to give them my bank account and routing number. Then I found out that was not good enough. To add insult to Injury, I would have to go to my bank to get a statement and get the amounts so that I could fill out the infomation. Mean while I could not complete the Ebay deal. When I told the PAYPAL rep that this was a major incovience, his smug resonse was, just call your bank. No bank will give any info over the phone. When I told him it would take a month to get my statement and my ebay reputation would be ruined by then, He could careless.

PAYPAL orginally states that the bank account numbers will be used only for verification. This is a lie. According to their website once the verification on the bank account is done IT WILL BE THE PRIMARY SOURCE OF PAYMENT. That is major fraud. THEIR REASON IS CORPORATE GREED.

By billing the bank account they will save Millions of dollars in credit card fees.

PAYPALS STAFF WAS ARROGANT AND HAD A SCREW YOU ATTITUDE. After many phone calls, the last woman I talked with was reasonable.

I will report this to Ebay, the proper authorities and the Media

To try to cover up the extortion PAYPAL sent me questionare, basically trying to do damage control. Below is some of my response.

The low life person (s) that came up with the scheme to force me to give you my bank account infomation!!! Should be fired immediately!

You are attempting a "cover up an extortion attempt" with this survey. Your basic reason for this was to avoid paying credit card fees. So you are perpetuating your lie with the survey in an attempt to do damage control. That still makes you a low life. You can't even admit your mistake.
