Put a hole in my wall and changed their price AFTER they moved everything heavy out to the street

I received a phone call from White Flower Van Lines just moments after asking for a quote. The woman "Natalie" asked me very detailed questions and promised me an exact quote. Several times she assured me that they were exceptional because they always honored the quote given over the phone. The movers were late, arrived, moved the heaviest items out to the street, and then proceeded to jack up the price. It was a long, horrible, drawn out afternoon that felt like dealing with the worst of the worst of a used car dealer. The foreman was abusive. They put a hole in my wall. When I called and asked for a refund, Natalie would not listen to me and then she hung up on me.
