I have no complaint with the men who moved me... My issue is with the salesman, Greg. He gave me a quote similar to others I'd received. When I received the contract, with the details of the quote, I called him to tell him I thought it was not accurate. He'd put down $9 for moving supplies, like tape... (have you ever seen how much tape these guys use?)
Anyway, Greg insisted he padded the quote and thought if it was off, it would only be another $30 or 40. Sheez, it's like this was the first quote he gave. He was off by 40%! Maybe I should have had the guys take my things OFF the truck!
I tried calling him on moving day, and several times afterwards. Funny... He never answered, nor returned my calls... Unlike PRIOR to signing the contract.
There are too many companies... No need to even consider Compass Van Lines.
