This is the worst moving company ever. They sound and seem like very nice people when you call and request a quote, but do not fall for that. Once they pick up your stuff they will use your stuff as leverage and give you a hard time.
This is my case: I moved from MD to TX. I called and got a quote from them and they sounded like the nicest people ever. According to the contract that we agreed upon they were supposed to deliever the stuff to TX between the dates of 8/13 and 8/15. I made it clear to inform them that I will not be in TX till the 12th night. They arrived in TX on the 11th and called me saying that they were ready to drop my stuff off. When I told them that I was not in town they gave me 2 options:
1) Drop off the stuff at my front door
2) Drop my stuff at a storage unit and I would have to make arrangements to get my stuff back to my place.
When I asked for a refund they said that, its not their problem and they cannont do anything about it. The manangement was very rude and insulting. All my boxes were either damaged and dirty or torn and dirty. And finally they ended up charging me an extra $150 without even telling me. When I called to ask them why they did so, they said it was charges incured during the move. WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT MEAN?
Don't ever hire these movers! They are the worst, the ABSOLUTE WORST!
