I was going over my statements when I noticed idcustserv.com trying to take 31.98 from my account. I called the number provided and immediately asked who they were and why they were trying to take money from me. They payments didn't go throught (thank God) but I was still charged with fees from my bank, which were more than what they were trying to take from me. I was very upset and called my bank and told them to do a stop payment (in case they didn't really cancel my "subscription.")
Luckily, I got the money back from my bank but then I was reseraching this company and came across this website, where I see other people who weren't as lucky as I was and I became angrier. I set out to make sure that this company is exposed. I got their address from a lady I chatted with, which she was not very happy to deal with me. I was asking her questions about the company such as location and how long they were in business and it took presistance and about 15 minutes.
Everytime I've called this compnay, I noticed that these representatives have heavy accents and don't know ANYTHING about the company. I even asked to be transfered to a manager and she didn't even know when the company began it's business. I find that absurd and, of course, fishy. Since I do have their address, I will be contacting the BBB about them and will take any other action to make sure they are exposed. If anyone wants to join me, feel free to contact me.
