This company is a total joke and I truly hope that people find out BEFORE they order.
I ordered a shirt in February of like everyone else was charged that day and my account has read "pending for month." Finally a week and a half ago I got a response a to the delay.
Their excuses were: we changed our email address on Arpil 29th, they have an overabundance of spam emails and their updated spam filters were blocking some customers and finally, that they were shorted on the merchandise and to "go to Google.com and type in Motorsports Authentics Losses to see that they reported a $50 Million Dollar Loss in 2007 due to manufacturing issues which hurt the big locations such as ourselves."
They stated that they would refund my money or exchange it for something else, when I replied for them to refund my money, I have yet to hear back! My one saving grace is that I used a Visa giftcard that my roommate had been given as a gift and she didn't want it, so I'm really not out much. It is however just the basic principle that irks me to no end!
I just wanted to add my experience on here in the hopes that someone researches before they make a purchase from these thieves!
