In September I ordered 2 diecast cars online from Racing Depot using a credit card.
In October my credit card was billed a second time for the same order even though I still had not received the merchandise. I e-mailed them about the second charge and was told they would take care of the mistake and the merchandise would be here by the holidays.
In November my credit card was still showing the second charge. I contacted them again via e-mail and was told the product was coming, they were extremely busy and sorry for the delay. It did not address the second charge.
In December I attempted to contact Racing Depot via phone and e-mail with no response. Still did not have the merchandise and the second charge was still on my credit card.
In February I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, unfortunately too much time had passed since the initial billing (60 days per that credit card) and there was no recourse that way.
It is now March and I have paid a total of $269.80 and have no merchandise.
