Telemarketing 21 - MedicareAdvantageLeads.com - TSLead.com - PreSetAppointments.com Pre-set Appointm According to their own employee they are committing fraud., Allen

I paid $560.00 for 20 Dual Eligible Medicare Advantage appointments. On day one I arrived at each location and was told by the person at the door that they did not have an appointment and that they had told the caller they did not want an appointment. I discovered in my conversations with them that most of the people were not dual eligible either.

Several of the people told me that they were not even asked for an appointment. They were asked only if they had received their Medicare update and then asked to confirm their address.

I reported this to my account rep at Telemarketing 21, Tiffany D, at the end of day one.tiffany expressed concern for my situation and told me she would try to rectify the problem. Telemarketing 21 agreed that their was a problem with my first five appointments and promised to replace them. The appointments the following two days were the same as the first: non-existent. I was told by every single one of the people that they did not request an appointment.

Telemarketing 21 says that they called every one of the people back and that they said I did not show up or called ahead first. This is not true.

I never got a legitimate appointment or a refund. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau of Dallas and Telemarketing 21 did not bother to respond to my complaint. There are quite a few complaints against this company at the Dallas Better Business Bureau.

After I gave up, I received a phone call and an email from Tiffany D, my account rep at Telemarketing 21. She said that she resigned and had begun warning her clients that this company is a FRAUD! (Her words).
