In Feb. 08 I purchased an item from Classic Sports Logo / Pony Express Printing. The charges were placed on my card in March and after 10 phone calls and 3 e-mails I had to challenge the charges with my credit card company.

I was getting the classic run around from this company. Each time I called I was given a different person to speak with. The first person (Guy) informed me they would have the item shipped out to me on Monday (March 28th), or he would take care of it himself.

About a month later (May 7th) I finally got one of the 'owners', Sean Hoyle, on the phone who gave me some story about buying the company and not knowing what they were getting in to. He informed me I would have my money or some type of resolution by Friday. I waited through 2 Fridays and never heard from them.

I gave this company every opportunity to make good on the sale but had to finally contact the credit card company to challenge the charges.

Called on 3-28th was informed the item would be shipped out by Monday (3-31) or Guy would ship it out personally

Called 4-11 left message with Guy, no call back
Called 4-16 twice left message again with receptionist to have Guy call me, had to call back because the receptionist forgot to take my number down.
Called 4-21 again left message for Guy to call me.
Called 4-24 Spoke with Amber who transferred me to one of the owners, (Jeff Henderson). Left a message.
Received a call back from Jeff stating that a refund would be sent to me.
Called 5-2 Spoke with Amber again who informed me Guy no longer works for the company and Jeff would return at 5pm, left message.
Called 5-7 Spoke with Sean Hoyle (owner) who informed me to send a notice via e-mail to him with the request for a refund.
Sent e-mail on 5-7 to [email protected] requesting a refund with the order # and customer ID.
Received e-mail on 5-7 from Sean stating he should be able to give me "an update by Friday"
Sent follow up e-mail on 5-12 requesting update.
Called 5-21 and left another message.
Contacted credit card company on 5-21 to challenge the charges.
