Product was ordered on Monday 12/3. I paid extra to have 2-4 day express delivery. Credit card was charged. E-mail was sent to me verifying order and I was informed in that e-mail that there would be a follow-up e-mail with a tracking # when item was shipped. No follow-up e-mail was received by Friday December 7th. I called to find out why. I was routed to a customer service rep in Hong Kong, with limited English, who looked up my order and was told she had no further information. She advised me to call back on Monday 12/10. I tried, unsuccessfully, to reach a live person and have left three messages requesting a call back. When no one called me back I called my credit card company and had the charges reversed. I tried to reply to the e-mails twice and both times they were returned undeliverable to hairextensionsale.com. Today I went directly to the website and sent a complaint to the company regarding my order. I will spread the word that this company operates with poor business practices and have filed a complaint through my credit card company. Do not conduct business with this company.
