Fraudulent charges

After skimming through other reports, I see that others have been charged for purchases not made at www.classiccloseouts.com also. I haven't bought anything from them since yet this month (July), I get a bill from my credit card, saying that I made a purchase of $69.99 to Classic Closeouts. I immediately called my credit card company, and canceled the card. I also had to fill out fraud forms so they can investigate.

I called Classic Closeouts as well. No one answered, and I was forced to leave a message, which was never returned. A few days later, I called again, and actually spoke to a person. I explained how I hadn't made a charge. He told me that it would be investigated, and someone would call me back within 24 hours. I told him that I had already left a message, which no one returned that call. He got quite indignant, and said that I was speaking to a person, NOT a machine this time, and that HE was telling me that someone would call back. Imagine... No one called back. This was about 2 weeks ago, and no one has still called back.

If you have EVER made a purchase at www.classicclosouts.com, keep an eye on your credit card bills. I never have a website store my credit card information, yet 4 years later, they still had it in their files, and used it to make fraudulent charges. Beware.
