This has been a nightmare from day 1 they them. Pat Pitts in sales had 3 meeting with us for a new salt water pool but did not include it & many other items in the contract. We had 7 pool quotes - all for a salt system & other options. Pat Pitts will say anything to get a contract - but it's all lies @ the owner John Weztel Jr is even worst. We have been sent threating emails from their office, phone calls stating we would be killed & slandered on this usacomplaints.com site with them using differant names & unamed companies.
There newspaper ad says "Lifetime Warranty" but they refuse to fix any of the instulation issues with the solar, stones, gutter, setup, etc.
You can NOT TRUST Advanced Watershapes or their emplorees!
DO NOT THIS HAPPEN TO YOU - I'm out over 50K & their work looks like shit!
