Mr. Thomson, without a "P", took 12 weeks to do my fence, I had to hire someone else to finish it and he ripped me off for $1000.00 and hasn't paid me back

I hired this man the first week in January of 08 to build me a fence, I met him online. My first mistake was I trusted him. I paid him in full because I was leaving to go out of town and he said he would be finished when I got back. Ha, Ha! One delay after another, one excuse after another. When I looked at his quote again I realized he overcharged me by $1,000.00 and asked for a refund, he said he would pay me. So far, no refund and he hasn't truly finished the job. He still needs to stain the fence. This man is a true rip off artist and is not to be trusted!
