I hired Randys Vinyl Fence to put up a Fence for me. He represented himself as a licensed contractor and found out that he was not. He sold product to my neighbors and charged the product to me. I have asked him several times for a refund and he keeps making promise after promise and never has followed through with any of them. I would just like him to follw through and refund me back what he charged me for the product that was not used on my job. I am not in the position to buy my neighbors their fence. I feel like he decieved me. I trusted him and it came back on me big time.
