I contracted Superior Fence & Rail INC. To install a fence in my back yard. The date of the contract was on 5/24. I payed half the cost of the fence down before they began. I paid with a check. About a week later I realized I didn't need the fence and called to cancel. They only refunded half of my money even though they didn't do any work on the fence. I was told they didn't even pull the permit yet or order any materials. The actual fence wasn't even scheduled to be installed for another 2 weeks. They refused to give me back the other half of the down payment which came to $862.50 even though they did absolutely nothing.
