In Sports, Nick
President Of BS what a scam artist

So i can officially say that I too got scammed by this jerk off. Senior in college, just heading into the "real world". Planned on getting a full time job and possibly a part time job on the side to get a lot of experience and build up my resume right off the bat; and start saving up to pay back my school loans. Like all the other ads i saw posted, I saw the ad for In-Sports on one of local job sites that I check. Thought it would be great for my part-time job... Just do a few hours a week, get a little extra money and build up the resume.

Needless to say, that was a big joke. Through all of our convo's or emails prior to me officially accepting the job i was never told anything about receiving 8 THOUSAND flyers as a part time employee! Also, i was never told anything about being charged eighteen hundred and twenty dollars to work. The part was to make money not put myself in huge debt! Anyways, the whole way through I was told I would be asked to pay about 20 dollars a month. Although I didnt like the idea of having to pay to work; I gave them the benefit of the doubt, figured 20bucks a month is nothing and they would lose money if I was somebody who just took the flyers and did nothing with them. Plus they said it was fully refundable at the end of 6 months, so i figured oh well I wont even miss 20 bucks and at the end of 6 months I'll have that 120 back in my pocket anyways.

Anyways, the day "Nick" called saying they wanted to offer me the position we get all through the conversation, Id already given my credit card info and everything, then a couple minutes later he says he needs to do record a wrap up and such (i did telemarketing once... I know how it works). But his wrap up was really odd... It was questions like my name, where i lived, if i knew it was important to follow sports as a sports promoters... Then thrown in the middle he has me verify my charges and reads it as "nineteen twenty" which like everybody else I took as 19dollars and 20cents since the whole time I was being told I'd be asked to pay about 20bucks a month.

Now I get my package... Was shocked that I had 50lbs worth of flyers for a part time position in the first place. Luckily, only 2 days later I received my credit card bill with his ridiculous $1,920 charge! I call him up he says crap about how hes sorry for the misunderstanding but thats why they tell everything up front (yea ok). I tell him that I dont want to work with the company anymore and I am going to return the flyers which had been unused or marked on and I want my money back. He then tells me he's gotta talk to the owner... Since i was in contract but "dont worry, he's a good guy". He gets back to me and says yeah you can return them and we'll refund you 1,000 since your breaking your contract and not working with us.

So then I just wanted the charges gone and even though I felt like he was a big d* head I offered to stay and promote for the company for 6 months as I had originally signed up for... Except I said that I would return the flyers and promote in my own ways Through a magazine that I work for, the internet, etc. He "talks to the ower" tells me okay that could work, but they still arent going to refund me my money even tho I would be sticking to my contract and they would have their stupid flyers back.instead he says yeah thats fine, if you wanna do that we'll give you 1,000 advance to use on your credit card so your bill would only be 920.

At that point I was fed up... I was still going to work for them and return their flyers and I would still be paying 2000 bucks to work for them... I dont think so. Today I send him an email and said I sent your flyers back today, i expect my money to be put back on my card in full or I am going through my credit card company, etc. Then he tells me that he's trying to help me but times going to run out on his "offer" and then he won't be able to get me any type of refund back. Then he goes on to say they deal with this all the time and win through their recordings and emails, etc. I didn't write back but all I was thinking was yeah so your so up front about pricing that your getting false charges reported by credit card companies all the time? Yeah i'd imagine. I've never been so angry in my life!!!

I want this guy to go to jail for what he's doing. Like he's so lazy he can't find a regular job... He's gotta scam on innocent people to make money... It probably takes more effort doing all this scamming than a real job would... Plus with a real job he wouldnt be getting called up by the credit card company every day which he probably is!

I cant wait til he tries to prove these charges as legite with a tape recording that says we are charging you "nineteen twenty" and which doesnt even have me giving him my card number!!!
