A company called Overtime Sports contacted me through my resume at Career Builders and offered me a position with their company. My job would be to distribute flyers that advertise a membership sports website. If people signed up for the website, I would receive a portion of the sale. I'm a recent college grad and needed a job, so I thought that this would be a way to make a little money. I had several phone conversations with "Brian" who explained more about the position. He stated that I would need to purchase the flyers, but they were very inexpensive..."nine-sixty" for 4,000. What he meant was $960.00 and he charged that amount to my debit card. Within 24 hours I realized that I was deceived, and called to ask for a refund. It has been a month of back and forth with "Brian". He attempted to get me to settle for a refund of half of what I paid him. I refused stating I needed a full refund. I contacted my bank and filed a fraud report, I contacted the Better Business Bureau, I went to the police, and I researched more about this company. It seems that there are several names for this scam: Graphics Today, Overtime Sports, in-sports.Biz, game-time.Us.com, game-day-usa.net. I'm sure there are many others. From what I read, these people have been taking advantage of recent college grads for years. They are so dishonest and it is so disheartening for someone who is trying to get their first real job. I will not rest until I get my money back. Please have nothing to do with this company! You'll find many reports on this website regarding their deception.
