I signed up and paid 29.99 to get a login ID to have full access to their search engine for a year. I was only able to access public history that day and later tried to use the system - login failed, tried to contact them, email undeliverable.
I'm concerned because my credit card information was given to secure the login. I don't know who or how many people have my credit information. After not being able to answer all of the questions asked on this platform I see how much information needed prior to giving so much critical information of mine. I kept the receipt only to see that it only contains my information and their web address. This is a Scam!!!
Today I am in a critical situation and needing to locate a long lost relative to inform him of his father's demise. I can't do that becasue this site failed to provide the service they promised. This is a sad day. It's a scam!
