Website says it will ge access to individual records, but just gives you web links to already accessable sites on the internet. Don't Know Don't know

The website www.1stcourt.com reels you in by saying they have records of an individual, then says you must register and pay to get this information. Once you have registered, and paid, you sign on to the site. Then they take you to websites already accessable on the internet for no fee. BOGUS all the way. Put stop payment on the credit card as soon as possible.
