Signed up for their membership and paid fee of $39.99. Was unable to login to the site using the email address as the username (as site stated) and the password I created. Went to the contact us on their site and have sent numerous requests for assistance. I have also called the telephone number provided by my bank and left a message. I emailed support@1st court.com at least 10 times over the past week trying to get a response with no luck.
Does this company truly exist? What can I do to get my membership fee back?
