I placed an order with retrokicks, i then received an email confirmation number then was directed to a UPS website, which stated my order was delivered and a notice was left. There was no notice left and when i contacted UPS they could not locate that package. I was then told to contact the company and request a 1Z number which is a tracking number given by ups and have not yet to respond. Ive tried several times emailing this company and yet to hear from anyone regarding my order. I am currently seeking legal help in starting a class action law suit against retokicks. I'm sure I am not the only one effected by this. This also makes a person not want to complete orders online.
