Saw advertisement on the internet; ordered over the internet. Ordered regular mail. Got the product, didn't like. Checked my checking account and discovered I had been charged the full amount. Called to cancel and was advised the trial period started from when the product was shipped, not when you received and no refund would be issued. The trial period was for 14 days, but you were suppose to get a 30 day supply.
The enclosed information said to take 1 capsule on the first day, 2 on the second and 3 capsules then on. When I questioned about the 30 days, as I had received only 60 tablets, the woman advised that it was up to the indivual how many to take. I argured that I was following the instructions that came with the product and it said take 3 a day. She advised that was if you were over 200 lbs. I told her I had the information in my hand and no where did it say anything about weight. She stated, "well, that's a 30 day supply". They also stated that it didn't matter when you received the product, your trial period started when it was shipped and charged me an additional $39.95 and there would be no refund. The advertisment says pay for shipping and handling, $4.95. They advised that it didn't matter when I received the product that the trial period started when shipped and I would have to pay the full price if no canceled within the trial period. This is a rip off. Any trial period should be from when you receive a product and have a chance to use it.
Needless to say, I won't trust ordering anything else like this, which is a shame as there may well be a good product out there that might have worked.
