CCN offers a free 14 day trial of AcaiPure. The 14 days runs from the date you receive it. I received mine on 11/22/08, so would have until 12/07/08 to return it. I have called and emailed to get an "RMA" number which is necessary for the return. Customer service does not answer and says to use email. Email does not answer for 72 hours, so you can't get the RMA number in time to meet the return deadline.
If you don't return the unused portion of the free trial bottle, you are automatically charged for a new bottle to be sent monthly. Today, I have a $39.95 charge from them on my checking account for a new bottle, before the trial period has expired!
Don't fall for their free trial scam!
