On MArch 11 I received a Call from Custom tele connect Saying that a Friend was Trying to Call Me Collece and Was I will ing to accept Charges For This call= At First I was willing and I gave them the Information Necessary But Then I Stopped the Operator and Asked Just How Much is This Going To Cost???
She Replied $12.50 for the First 3 Minutes
I Immediately replied OH NO There is No Way I am going to accept that call at thiose Prices and the Call was Then Ended Without My Having Talked to My Friend
In the Past I have accepted similar collect Phone calls from Inmates who were reccomended to me By My Friends The Chaplains at the County Jail and they always Cost $2.75
But When I heard the $12.50 cost I Flatly Refusedd The Call and I Never talked to My Friend=
Soon Thereafter My friend Called me By Using Change on a regular Pay Phone. I never talked to anyone Collect on the Day Which was Listed 03/11/08 However the Company Charged my Debit Card & Bank account $17.72 ans I Demand a Refund of The Monies they Illegally Took From My Account
Nor Have I spoken to Anyone Collect in Over 3 years
I am willing To Go To My State's Public Service Commission to reclaim the Illegally Stolen Funds Thank You and I appreciate anything You Can Do To help Me
