Deceptive Trade RIPOFF Central Coast Nutraceuticals

I ordered ACAI PURE Trial for a free trial and only to pay $4.95 for shipping. I received that product and TWO more that I DID NOT order. I was charged $29.95 for 1 UNIT HOODIWATER, and $9.95 for HOODIABURST GUM. My credit card was charged $44.85 instead of the $4.95 I authorized.

I contacted the company on or about October 1st and told them not to send me anything else and that I wanted to return everything. I was not given a Return Merchandise Authorization number for the return.

I spent off and on 3 wks trying again to reach them by telephone and was constantly on a telephone loop. I finally reached a gentleman today, October 22, who informed me I was way past the 30 day return policy and that I didn't need a Return Merchandise Authorization. To return anything. They will not allow me to return the unused product nor issue a credit to my account. They did agree not to send anything else. Thank God, as I can't afford their ripoffs.
