I recieved the worst customer service from at&t cellular, octi was trying to get my annual phone upgrade, and because at&t cut off my service 2 or more times during the year in error they gave me the hardest time. I spoke with several reps and they gave me several different stories, and they were very rude. I was trying to get the phone upgrade for my husband, i usally get the upgrade every year for his birthday, and had no problems when the company was cingular. The phone that we saw was on line for $ 69.00 the rep said that i did not qualifi for it after i spoke with several different reps. At&t has theworse customer service, when my contract is up i will not renew it. Unhappy customermoleasa loggins-wilson
