False advertising and over charging!

My husband is in the Army National Gaurd and was sent to New Mexico on military orders. After we ran our phone bill up with roaming charges to over $500 in roaming fees because we really forgot that we would be running up roaming charges my husband had called Centennial and they told him about the MY ROAM PLAN... My husband was then told how it would bring his roaming charges from 49 cents a minute to 19 cents a minute.

Well that was the case for a little while. My husband came back to Michigan and shortly after he got orders to go to Arizona. He left believing he would be charged the 19 cents a minute like the MY ROAM PLAN offered. Just to find out that paying for the MY ROAM PLAN didn't do any good. Not only was he charged 49 cents a minute he also was charged toll fees.

Then right before I left for Arizona myself with our son I had us put on the NATIONWIDE PLAN. I went to the local CENTENNIAL WIRELESS STORE and the BLUE SHIRT ADVISOR showed me a map of what all was covered on the NATIONWIDE PLAN.

The map had EVERY STATE IN BLUE... I let the BLUE SHIRT ADVISOR know where we were going to be living and she reassured me that it would be covered. After looking over my bill I realized how I have been charged roaming charges and I have seen how we were over charged roaming charges when my husband had first left for Arizona. It took me 3 emails to centennial wireless to finally get a response. Just for them to tell me how the charges were valid and was not in the network area.

Well how can that be? I was told the WHOLE UNITED STATES would be covered. I was not told some areas will still cause roaming. Why pay for a survice I did not recieve and I feel that I have been mistreated, abused, and have been dealing with a lot of stress trying to get this taken care of.

There is no local offices down here to talk with someone face to face which really makes things difficult. We have paid Centennial over $800 in 3 months time for 2 phones... And they still expect me to fork out another $450.

I feel I was misled into the contract and I feel that they falsely advertise there coverage. I am running out of things I can think of for them to fix this. They are not at all willing to fix my bill. How can this be LEGAL? I thought FALSE ADVERTISEMENT was a CRIME???
