Ordered on line Smoking Jacket for Christmas & New Years. Company did not deliver. Complete Scam

Ordered Smoking jacket from Jay Pratts / Emperors Elegance on Dec. 18 and was promised by Jay Pratts / Emperors Elegance delivery in time for Christmas Eve. Paid extra shipping to ensure delivery. Compnay did not deliver. Company Charged Credit Card on Dec. 19 for services not renedered. Company did not / will not answer e-mail's or contact/tracking questions. This company is a Complete Scam. I have reported this information to my Credit Card Company.
