I ordered a smoking jacket from this company just before Christmas, becuase they're so hard to find and expensive over here in England. I got the link from the Wikipedia entry for 'Smoking Jacket' but I've now taken this link off. I was sent confirmation by email and later a receipt. I waited till February for the jacket to arrive but when it didn't I tried to send emails to the address given, only to receive a notification of failure to deliver the message. It was only when I searched for the company that I saw the 'complaint' pages. I contacted my credit card company and they were very helpful and will refund the money.in all my years shopping on the internet, this is the first time I've been ripped-off. This'll teach me to check companies on the internet before I buy from them.
