Jay Pratts - Emperors Elegancy I ordered a smoking jacket, as per the d on the Jay Pratts website. I received a confirmation/reference number for my order, the $190 was charged to my credit card, however, I never received the smoking jacket

In response to the merchandise ad on the Jaypratts.com website, I ordered a smoking jacket on December 15. On December 16, I received an order confirmation via e-mail, #1996-3013-7098. The money was charged to my credit card account ($192.00). However, I never received the smoking jacket, nor did the company respond to my e-mail inquiry about the order.
