I ordered a smoking jacket for my husband on 12/13/07 through Jay Pratts. I received an e-mail giving me an automated message with an order number and a web address for inquiries on my order through emperors elegancy. The next day I received an e-mail receipt. I've had no response since. I emailed them on 12/18/07 and twice on 12/20/07. There is also on the contact icon on the website, which I e-mailed my information still with no response. I have received no contact and no product. This was to be the best Christmas present ever for my husband. This fraud is not just about the money but the disappointment in not being able to give my husband something he's been wanting for years. These people need to be taken off the internet and taken down for their deceit.
