No Delivery, no answer to E mail Inquiries

I ordered a smoking jacket as a Christmas gift on November 30 through: Jaypratts.com expected delivery one week. The order was acknoledged Nov 30 at 12:03 pm by: Emperors Elegancy ([email protected])
automated message acknoledging successful initial processing of order the order was referenced as #1194-0943-2761

An other E-mail was received Nov. 30 at 3:15 pm from: EMPERORS ELEGANCY#2 ([email protected]) Confirming the total amount of the purchase, $175.00 plus shipping $29.47 =$204.47.

After 10 days with no news I sent 2 E-mails requesting status of the order the 2 E-mails were not answered, I also requested information through the website of jaypratts (contact tab) also not answered

I checked my credit card account. I was debited on Nov 30 for $204.47 Ref: Emperor Elegancy # 2 866-404-5965 merchandise
