First off never trust anyone, people are moving into an ugly direction, its called "greed". When u first rent a home or apt. Take pictures of everything and i mean evrything, thats including the inside of the fridge, also, any thing broken or dirty. This can and will probably save you a headache when moving out. When moving out of your rental, also take pictures, showing you did clean and leave things as did on move in. I obviously learned this the hard way, as here i am filling out a rip off report. Now as for dak (this would be the company trying to screw me over), i have one thing to say to you, lying isnt a good thing to do, so stop it, shame on you for tying to make money on your lies. Lies do catch up to you eventually, and eventually is here. No more of this crap, no more! Upon my moving into this apt, it was dirty, the tub was full of paint and dirt, i scrubbed this place cleaner than it had been scince it was new. I used steel wool to clean the rust off the shower curtair rods and towel bars, the tub was so disgusting, after i cleaned it and the surround it was actually adifferent color, i cleaned dust and fly crap off the heat lamp bulb in the bath room, i had to clean bugs off the counter top, behind the stove is a grease gaurd, u know to catch greese splatters from ruining the wall, well anyway, i had to clean the too and instead of being cream like i thought it was on move in its actaully white. Out side they dumped sand into the play are and the pile sat there for months and months, it was still like that when i moved out. Now, from talking to other tennants past and current, alot of things that need repaired, dont ever get repaired. For instance a tenant had a cracked tub, and she had a small child, he took baths not showers, this was unsafe for him and they never did anything about it. Another resident with a cracked tub who has lived there for years has still not seen a new tub in her apt.in the winter they hardly ever cleared the side walks, the walkway to our apt was broken the entire time i was there, i drove by a couple months after move out and saw they had fixed it, hum i wonder if it had anything to do with the 7 page letter i sent when i moved out. I come to recently find out that there was a fire in the buildings i used to live in, and the fire extinguishers and smoke detecters in the apt were not working and pretty old. Shame, shame. Cutting corners and trying to make exta money of things you never did, those are also called lies and there they are, caught you!!! Anyway, im getting charged for crap i already did on move out, others are getting screwed over too. What dak, did you think no one would find out? They tried charging an ex tenant $40. For light bulbs that were burnt out, telll me where i can find a $40. Light bulb, does it have amazing healing powers? Sorry, im pissed that this is allowed to happen to good people who do take care and respect others things. It all comes down to they think they can screw with us because we are the little guy and they are big companies, that no one will believe us over them. I hate to sound all biblical out of no where, but god sees you and what you are doing, and in the end thats all that matters. Satan is everywhere, he has people that work for him (im not saying they are possesed or demons or any thing, but, normal people who just dont care about others and out for themselves), making sure that people do you wrong, makeing people not believe in them selves trying to push you down. Its time to fight back, time to make things better for all of us. Evil is only there because we let it be. This evil, called lies wont stand with me. I am a good person and i will not be torn down. Believe in the power of yourself, and god. He is with you, cause when this world and life is over, heaven will be there for you. And those who chose the other path, well you know where you will be going if you dont change. Ok, then, to sum it all up this is crap, what dak is doing, im tired of it, stop it, get a life, grow up, do something good. Thanks for taking the time to read this i hope it helps you in some way.
