I'd paid this company to unlock my cell phone via pay-pal, after they charged my account, they said unfortunately, my phone can not be unlocked, they were sorry for all the inconvenience caused and full refund would be given within 7 days, since then I'd waited for more than two weeks, and I'd written three emails to them ask for refund, no response at all, I believe this company is a real scam.
