I found this company online looking for someone who could unlock my motorola phone. I paid the fee and my phone would not unlock. I contacted their support staff at GSM Liberty. I was told to take a picture of the error screen and send it back, which I did, and was told that my phone was a CDMA phone and could not be unlocked.
I filed for a refund on the webpage and waited for my refund. The website indicated that refunds were processed in 7-14 days. After 20 days I sent an email to the company and got no response so I sent one to the support area. They emailed me back and said that I had to email uniquephones. I have emailed them everyday for the past week and have had no response. I have since found a company that could and did unlock my phone. Be warned if they can't unlock your phone don't expect your money back.
