This company can not unlock my phone and never return my payment

After this company received my payment, they send me an email stating that they sorry for my phone cannot be unlock, a full refund will be make in 7 days and now after 2 weeks I never receive my refund and all my emails had been ignored by them. This is a BOGUS phone unlocking company
