I saw this advertisement on the television back in October for a 14 day free trial on CNN news channel. Since it was on CNN, I figured it had to be a legitmate advertisement. First only had to pay for shipping and handling of $4.95 for free trial one month supply. I forgot to cancel within 14 days, and a new package arrived at my house and my debit card was charged $78. I immediately tried calling them, but got the infamous phone tree of recordings and get cut off at the end. There is no one to talk to. I never opened the parcel because I knew what was in it. I just put Return to Sender. I never got a refund, and they never reply to my emails. I was able to cancel membership at the (866) 440-7533 number provided to me with the trial offer pills.
The pills do work good. Not a problem with the product. But, I was only interested in that trial anyway. I didn't think it would be this hard to get a refund.
I am going to write them again and I hope to get somewhere. It's been 2 months and I don't think they will do anything, much less if its a legitmate company.
