There was an offer online for a free trial supply of Acia Berry cleansing pills with a one dollar charge for shipping and handling. I just found out that a company called Fit Factory that I had never heard of charged my debit card for 29.95. So, I googled this company and got a number for customer service. I was told that when I ordered the free trial of Acai Berry I also authorized to become a member of this company which suppose to be a members only web site for fitness. I explained to the guy that I did not want to be a member I only wanted the free trial of the Acai Berry cleansing pills. He stated that he was unable to give me a refund but he could cancel my membership which would prevent any future charges. I feel this is totally unfair I have no idea of this members only web site and have never used it before, and I also have never received the pills that I ordered! When I told him I didn't receive the pills, he told me that even though Fit Factory and Acai Berry are partnered that he was unable to help me because they don't do the actual shipping of the pills, and he gave me another number to call. When I called the number he gave me I was placed on for over 45 min. And still no one ever came to the phone. This was all on 11/13, I have been calling there every since then and still was unable to speak to anyone! What am I suppose to do?
