Through an email solicitation, I was enticed into ordering a 14-day trial product from Colonmate. Before the trial period was over, I was automatically shipped a two-month supply. I refused receipt of the product and notified the company. My understanding was that I had to use the trial shipment within the trial period before I decided for further shipment.
According to the company, the trial period started when order was placed, not when product was first used. The company refuses to refund my money because I did not retunr the product with an RMA number. (They finally agreed to refund half the price). I just do not see paying for a service or product that I have not used.
