Currently there is a 15 day trial offer available where you can try the Power Flush 500 product by paying $3.95 for shipping and handling; do not do this as you will be billed $3.95 immediately.in about 14 days you will then be billed $89.31 for your first month's supply, $29.95 for a Fit Factory Subscription that no one will tell you about and an additional $4.95 charge for Web Access go figure that's what I pay my ISP for isn't it?
As of January 15 I have invested $98.21 and have only received the 15 day trial product which I personally ordered online on Dec 31. According to their web site advertisement you will only pay $3.95 for shipping and handling of the trial product however, don't be taken by surprise you will be charged before you ever see the trial 15 day supply and not in enough time to cancel your order if you are not satisfied.
Their online advertisement states If it is not all you expected it to be, or you're unsatisfied in any way just contact customer service and request to cancel and you will never be billed for Power Flush 500. This is simply not the case since you are not given time to try out the trial product. When I called their customer service line the first time I received a recording to the effect that all service reps were assisting other customers finally after I invested about three hours of time I was put in contact with a company rep whom explained the nature of my dilemma. As of today I am out almost $100.00 and have never seen a full 30 day supply of product as promised. The company did not discuss with me any refund option.
