I contacted CyberTvPartners/Satellite TV on 11/11/07 because I wanted to watch the Redskins/Eagles game on Sunday afternoon. I looked online to find the game and was referred to the CyberTvPartners website. The home page of the website said that I could get a one year membership for $14.95 and that if I was not satisfied within 7 days, I would get a full refund. I proceeded through checkout and found that I was charged $52.80.
I was frustrated about being charged as much as I was, but I was furious when I could not get the game I wanted to watch. I immediately sent an email to technical support and customer service asking for a refund.
When I sent the email, it suggested that I would get a response in 24 hours. Since it was on a Sunday, I thought I would wait until Tuesday for a response and I received none. So it occured to me to wait until today 11/14/07 since Monday was a holiday. I still had not gotten a response.
I researched the website and got a number for MarketBill to call. I talked with Romi. He told me that I never sent any emails with my complaint. When I asked him for his email to forward the emails I sent on 11/11/07, he never responded. When I requested a full refund, I was only refunded $32.85. Furthermore, Romi said that he didn't work for the website providing the service but he was a third party. I asked him to give the contact information of the website and he refused.
Their website is deceitful and Market Bill endorses their methods. Thank you.
