I live in Ohio now and I wanted to watch my Steeler Game which is not on the network up here. I had to see this game, so I got on the internet and tried to bring it up. A sight came on for Cyber TV... For 19.00 I could watch my game - once I filled out the info - I was directed to a DEAD END area... I emailed customer support - "we'll get back to you in 4 hours." I received an email thanking me and my account was charged $57.75 and to follow a new lead to the site: cybertvpartner.com/membersarea/memberslogin.Asp with an assigned password. I tried it - they claim I am not a member.
My bank called about a "charge" on my account. I explained that I have been tracking this company and they do not exist. The gave me their phone number 888-846-9590 and that the company is in Israel.
At my request the bank has frozen my account and the card will be terminated tomorrow.
For all of this I could have driven home to Pittsburgh and watched the game. I will continue to call this company and work on getting into this site - who knows I might get something back - what I do know it is a lesson well learned.
