One morning I was awakened by a lady caller who said she was from the social security department and in order to get my ss check for the month I needed to join there program for 29.95 and I then would get a package in the mail to look at to see what it was all about. Then if I liked it I would enroll in the full porgram for 299.00. I would have thirty days to look everything over and call back for any questions that I might have. I gave then the information needed to get it started and 2 days later both amounts went through my checking account. Two days later I got a letter in the mail stating that I would only have seven days to look things over and that's when I thought something was not right. So I called there company back and got a man whos name was Danny Inomaih. I told him what happend and he would not give me any information to help. He said that he was contracted in to be this companies customer service rep. But he was told by the company that hired him that he could not say where he was nore could he give me any numbers to that company. Two days later I called back to tell customer service that I wanted a refund and again the same guy answered. Itold him I wanted a refund and he said I would have to call back in a couple of days to speak with the claims department. Well I called back later on that day to get the claim number needed for a refund (that he for got to give to me that mornimg) and again the same guy answered. I asked for a claim number and he gave me some crazey numbers. Right now I am waiting to call back in a couple of days to see what happens. The web sight is no longer in use. I cannot belive people do things like that, but they do. I just wish there was some way to catch them. Why can you not find out who this 800 number belongs to.
