I had purchased a trainsmission from asap motors at the end of febuary, and at the begining before the purchase they seemed very unorganized. They needed to get my card number three different times. After about a mont of time to delivery it to me i immediatley noticed the shifter was broken, it just floated around so i called them the next day and thats were it all started. We agreed that i can return it after many many phone calls and this was in March, they did not pick it up till middle of April and ive been waiting since then for my refund. Every time i call i get someone new and they have no info about me or any of my previous calls. Seem like i start over everytime i call, and get the "He/she's not in today" or "Call back next week". It is now the middle of september with out my refund, and i warn anyone who is thinking of purchasing anything from them to find someone else.
