I got a loan from cash call about seven or eight months ago. I spent almost an hour on the phone with the guy. I asked throught out the call, what kind of interest would i be paying? And how much would i have to pay to have this paid off in a year!
He advised me that as long as i paid the minimum or the above minimum there was no interest on the loan. I wondered how that could be and asked him several times how they're making money if they're not charging interest.
He advised me that if i was late or missed a payment then i'd start having interest charged to me, then he took me to the website where i can see the rates, he then said this is what you'd end up paying over three years if your late or miss a payment. But as long as you pay above the minimum there is no interest. I was so mislead, i just thought this was to good to be true.
I should have never have gotton the loan. Now i'm thinking interest of 97.6 % how will i ever pay this off? Also is it legal for them to make $10,000 almost from me when i only barrowed $ 2500.00.
I also filed with the better buisness bureo, but they eventually said i signed the contract and that was that. I wouldn't have signed that contract if the guy wouldn't have lied throught out the entire conversation.
This company needs to be sued and taken down, it's a loan shark way of making people barrow and pay them back. It should be wrong and illegal!
