On September 22 I placed an order with ASAP motors for a automatic transmission my ford expedition. Marcus told me that it would be $695 with a $5 processing fee. I told him that sounds good to me. I gave them my credit card number.
Mary contacted me two days later when the transmission was supposed to be shipped allready and informed me that the pin number was wrong. I gave her the write one and made sure that the transaction went through. I asked her why the transmission was not shipped yet and she told me it would be out today and I should receive it by Thursday September 28. I called on Friday September 29 and talked to Andy and asked him for a tracking number due to my transmission not arriving yet.
He put me on hold for 10 minutes and then informed me that the transmission that they were going to send was broken so they are sending a different one out today and I should receive it by Wednesday October 4. I called back on Monday to get a tracking number and they told me to call back tomorrow. I called back on Tuesday and they could not find a tracking number but they found a bigger number.
That is in the PRICE! They told me that I was misquoted the price. I was quoted for a manuel transmission for my expedition. I told Andy how could I be quoted for a manual transmission when they did not even make them for the expedition. I told them that I had to rent a car for the last two weeks due to their troubles.
I asked him why they did not get a hold of me and be honest. They got a hold of me when they could not charge my credit card. I talked to a manager Marcus and he told me it was there mixup and they would give it to me for $700. He gave me over to Scott in payments and he told me that they were not going to sell it to me for that price it would be $300 more.
I was very irate with them and he told me that he was going to cancel the order and refund my money and hung up. I am still waiting for them to put it on my credit card.
Do not trust them. Very dishonest.
